But wait Riot, I thought "Kys" and "n!gger" were trigger words? Why are they still fucking playing a day from now when they tell me to END MY LIFE multiple fucking times when I reported them and sent a ticket for manual review? Oh you see, they think it's funny because they're in a discord fucking laughing it up calling me racial slurs and making fun of my winrate, but in reality, that shit honestly made me want to punch a hole in the god damn wall because it upset me so much. And please, don't give me the "mute them" bullshit, I can't mute them preemptively before they call me a Siberian refugee and promote suicidal action.

Riot, you need to fucking make a system where if specific words like this are said, that they get IP banned from the fucking League servers. This is honestly fucking pathetic. People with histories of depression and suicidal actions actually take this shit to heart. Man the fuck up and do something about it, permabanning their accounts isn't doing shit because you can just buy another one off ebay for 10 fucking dollars. Think I'm lying? Check this out.

IP bans have proven to be a horrible solution.

Not only it is easy to get around (many people just need to reset their router to get a new IP) but it has the potential to have a lot of collateral damage. Places such as college campuses, coffee shops, etc have all their clients go through a single external IP. That would mean that if that one IP is banned because of one person everyone would be banned.
