I need some clarification.

So I have been banned for 14 days before, and I am trying REALLY hard to improve my behavior, but this Galio last game had it out for me.

our MonkeyKing messed up a gank badly and it resulted in a nice double kill for the adc, and I typed "when you are doing so well, but then other people come to lane and mess it up". Then this Galio takes offense to it, and starts telling people to report me, and overall starts flaming me. Then he starts telling everyone in all chat that I am telling people to "to go kill themselves", which I wasnt, and that leads the entire enemy team to agree to report me.

What will exactly happen here if the report is for a lie. (I have already reported the Galio and explained the situation in the chat box.

dont use chat. and dont do anything that could be percieved as trolling. they cant ban you. the WORST thing you can do in this situation is defend yourself after a 14 day ban ANY valid report for the next 3 months will result in a permaban. so rather than risk it. its better to simply not type anything

Never ever use all chat. It's where all intelligence goes to die. It's best to completely ignore chat unless it's a compliment or someone legitimately talking to you for a reason.
