Is refusing to play your assigned role in draft pick still punishable?

Let's say i just entered a normal draft game with a friend, our support says "wont sup" and locks vVayne. What do i report this as, and how can i assure it gets noticed?

A year ago, the lead Rioter in Behavior said it is punishable.

There's no reason it shouldn't be. Everyone at some point has to participate in being "Filled" in to an undesirable position. The argument could be made that you're making a player an unwilling participant in the match by ignoring their position preference but the "Autofill Activated" text under the Queue kind of gives away the fact you could be put in a shit position.

I know the report button says "Intentional Feeding," but that button is also supposed to be used for greifers like this. Just leave a comment at the bottom explaining the situation.

Everyone has a role for a reason, right? Unless there's been an agreement to swap... if the support won't support, then who will?

Sure he could have gotten filled, but that's just how the game is... You got a certain role, play it. Don't confuse this with picking an unusual champion for a specific role but actually playing THAT role, though.

Its not something the automated system will ever detect. You can report it, but nothing will happen.
