Why is every single Riven, Yasuo, Draven main such dickheads?
I've never in my 7 years of playing this game have met one that doesn't have the "fuck my team" attitude.

because you're suffering from confirmation bias.
I do riven and honestly im never mean XD I usually try to cooperste with the team to ambush a few players. I mean that's something that riven can do
"Solocarry" champs usually suffer this god complex because of their champs extreme snowballing potential. Whenever they play they keep one of those games where they went 21/0 in mind, and thus when they do not go 21/0 they look for an external reason as to what went wrong.
(P.S. You forgot Vayne, the Riven of bot lane. Easy mistake to make seeing as she's lost a lot of popularity recently.)
Supp players are the worst. They'll let you die, watch you die then say something like "uhhhh, can you stop feeding? thx" And they think they're actually doing something by playing passive to merely avoid death meanwhile their adc dies.
They're popular champions, so you're more likely to encounter toxic players that play them
