So I'm in champ select for ranked...

And someone is telling me that he can only jungle because he has 500 ping.

Trying to play in ranked.

He's either a lying weasel and I don't want to play with him, or he's really got 500 ping and needs to have a queue just for people's whose connections are really, really bad atm and I still don't want to play with him.

I dodged like 1 second after he said that, but I don't think I should have to. That seems like something I should report before a game, not because I want the dude punished, but because I don't want to go into ranked with someone who's lagging half a second. I mean even for a jungler, he's not going to get the 50-50 smites. He's going to screw up ganks just because he can really react.

Things like this is why we need a report and dodge feature for champ select.
