Use of the F word is punishable. And were you playing on a full 5 man? Maybe there were randoms who didn't want to listen to you.

i was talking to my friends when i said that and in the first game my lucian got mad because i was playing ryze and i ulted somebody into the enemy team

Alright. I will give the benefit of the doubt. But there's an effort to try and clean up use of the F word. And you were pretty bad over all. If there's a random on your team, keep it to yourself, get discord or something.

Not trying to sound rude but do you know how many people use that excuse? Even then you are still communicating with your team with that kind of language, or worse if you were satin it in all chat.

i wasnt communicating with them i was messing around with them and i wasnt saying anything like that in all chat there was 1 random guy on our team that i literally didnt say 1 thing to the entire game till he got mad at me

Yesterday I was in a game when out of the blue our jungler started calling our ADC "cancer" and spamming for reports. The rest of the team thought he was serious until the ADC himself pointed out it was his premade and that he did not mind. But if he had not spoken up, the rest of us would not have known that (and before you ask: no, they did not have team tags).

Be careful how you treat your friends when there are people around that do not know you. We are not mind readers. If my ADC had not spoken, I would have reported that player at the end of the game.
