Champion Select Problems And Overall Toxic Issues

This is basically a less detailed and no real example version of a post I just made so that hopefully it doesn't get deleted for some ridiculous reason but anyways neither I or anyone else should have to leave it up to luck and pay the price for getting trolls or people who queue up for a role like support but decide to jungle or people who are completely rude and toxic before the match even starts knowing they can't get reported because even after a little over 6 years of League being out and all the players leaving because of toxic players and the bad reputation of League having a horrible community, its still the last thing to ever get fixed or worked on and the proof of that is in the patch notes and the game itself. Its rare to play 5 games and not have someone be toxic/afk/troll/rage/whatever in atleast 1-2 of those games if not more regardless of elo and regardless of ranked or normals just when its ranked its worse cause you lose LP over it. Can we please get some kind of effort towards fixing some of these issues like adding a report button in champion select or a vote kick where if someone is being toxic then the team can vote to kick that player and disband the group so no one has to waste their time or possible lose the game and LP over it if it was ranked rather than just dealing with it. I enjoy playing League and learning how to play it better every day and even if i lose because of a few mistakes either by me or my team its still fun and i can still learn from those mistakes but when you have someone who wants to ruin it from the start and just abuse the fact that you can't do anything about it til its all said and done, even then they may just get off with a warning and be "A-Ok" after a few good behavior games, we still got punished for what that player or players did and even if they get banned we don't get anything back except for basically a Thank You when we submit the report. A Thank You for putting up with that player even though we give you no option to avoid it and report it before it affects your game, A Thank You for accepting the fact that you just wasted your time playing a game that was lost from the start with nothing in return for compensation, A Thank you for holding you, Riot, accountable for not fixing or making attempts to better their community and worry more about what new skins they want to make. I may not have the perfect solution but something needs to be done and Riot you need to show some effort and if you really are trying then let us know what you are doing because something isn't working if you are.

By the way Riot I wouldn't doubt you remove this post just like my last one but it needs to be said and i hope you read it along with other players.
