Reported a user for having an account name that featured the name of an ethnic/religious group followed by --- inmyoven. Later that day, the account name was changed to --- inmyfurnace. After presumed intervention by Riot, the account was changed to a random string of numbers. Today, the account has been changed to --- inmyapple. Thoughts? Some of my concern comes from Riots apparent promotion of toxicity by refusing to come down hard enough in the first place, and I believe the first instance should have resulted in a permanent ban.

Generally name changes are forced if the name is found inappropriate. If you keep changing it to something offensive, you can eventually be banned for it.

If you reported him again, there's a decent chance that they'll ban him this time. - - - inmyapple isn't offensive by itself, but given the prior names, I'd believe in hostile intent on his part.

And it would be difficult for the system to pick up "/all apple means gas chamber" as a racist comment. So, I want him out of the game before he can do anything more.

I've seen really nasty summoner names lately, using the N word and other racist terms. I think it has something to do with what's going on around the nation with the white supremacy movement.
