Will toxic players get end of season rewards?

I'm looking to finish in Gold this season, I got a 2 week suspension earlier this season. Will I get the victorious skin/gold border or is Riot gonna pull a typical Riot move on me and not give it to me at the end of the season.

They haven't announced the requirements yet but for the last 2 years the 2 week ban had to be within 3 months of the end of the season to prevent you from being eligible for rewards.

Lol if the season ends on November 11 like the past 2 years I'll be 6 days ahead of the 3 month mark so that's nice

Free skins lost their value the moment they released the loot system.
