Do reports in custom games count?
My friends and i were playing customs with this one dude then they started calling each other fat chubby guys or something, but anyway the one dude reported my friend, does that actually get listed on his account?

Leaver Buster doesn't function in Customs, but the report system does.
It doesn't matter what game mode you are in or who you are with, if you start being an asshole enough to warrant someone hitting that report button...
