team trolliing, toxic: Riot response please

MULTIPLE games today.. just in the last few hours actually, where people specifically group as a premade, but not a FULL premade...and troll the other players on their team. And complains are met with "meh its norms so who cares".

I'd like to see an OFFICIAL RIOT COMMENT about Riot's standpoint on trolling in non-ranked games. trolling in the sense of, a non-full-team premade, decides to pick troll picks, over the objections of the players stuck in the team with them.

Random fact: it happens often and consistently for WEEKEND games. not so much on weeknights. this happens pretty much EVERY weekend... and dodge penalties are so high, nice players have a choice of "play a horrible match for30 mins.. or be banned for 30 mins".

Cmon riot, please do something.
