So Riot has always told us that "context in bans does not matter", but today we saw the perfect example of the context DOES matter.

Phreak was doing a Dungeons and Dragons campaign, when someone donated to his stream asking about riot's policy on racial slurs. He reiterated that saying "you're a N-word" is always a bad thing, and that using the word as an insult was always toxic. And that there was no way you would be able to say "N-word" without having bad intentions.

The thing is, he said it! Right then and there, and no one thought it was a bad thing, bacause in the CONTEXT, it mattered.

Go see for yourself: The part where he says it

you know just saying... even if context did matter... he SAID it. he didnt write it in the chat ingame. if riot would punish me for the things I SPEAK IN FRONT OF MY COMPUTER, i think the majority would be permabanned FROM THE ENTIRE INTERNET
