I hope riot bans the OP from the game and boards. Until he grows up and matures enough to play with others. He seems to be the very def of Toxic. Blames all other even riot for his win or loss of a game, then comes to the boards using offensive language and making fun of the mentally challenged autistic people. Thinking he has more of a right to play than them.

I've had a three games within the past couple days where all of my lanes lost. They lost in a large part because our jungler had virtually no presence in the game whatsoever, while the enemy jungler just freely ganked any lane he chose repeatedly.
That's not necessarily to say you're a bad jungler, but hey, maybe there was something you could have done to help win those lanes.
