Getting chat banned for getting trolled... again...

I've received 3 chat bans in the past month because of being angry by being trolled. I play bot lane adc mostly so the chances of getting trolled are a lot greater than a solo laner. And then when I complain about being trolled I get ganged up on by the troll and other team mates and I get reported because as an adc in a 1v3 lane a lot of times I end up so far behind that I'm useless without a chance to catch up. My team doesn't see my support inting but they look at my score line or how far behind I am and they think its my fault. Because my gaming experience is ruined by a troll (that usually turns toxic) and I get frustrated and ask them to stop doing what they are doing (because I want to win) they play this passive aggressive game like I'm the toxic troll for being trolled by a toxic troll... It really doesn't make sense or make for an enjoyable gaming experience.

In the 3 games that I have chat ban restriction examples on: Example 1 my Zyra support ints twice by 3 and a half minutes. Just melee face tanks both of the enemy bot laners while I'm going for CS. I tell them to stop and say "you ruined my lane." Then they turn into a little kid which I point out because they keep saying negative passive aggressive quirks about "(add negative passive aggressive remarks) YOUR lane" and I'm stuck by myself the rest of the game as a Miss Fortune in a 1v2 or 1v3 bot lane. I lose my tower quickly. Top laner becomes extremely toxic taking the Zyras side saying stuff about someone needs to be hanged and he hopes my parents die. Needless to say we lost and I did nothing well that game.

Example 2: Another troll support that leaves me in a 1v3 lane. They end up on the enemy team the next game and are still being mad and toxic to me so they report me.

Example 3: I get a troll Blitzcrank that keeps walking into lane and inting. I complain. He keeps doing it. The enemy team Braum is chatting about how bad he feels for me for being stuck with the troll Blitzcrank. I get smashed and again another loss and report for me. The troll support from the previous game who is now the enemy mid laner is being toxic to me still this game and probably reports me again (2 games in a row for them trolling when they get autofilled as supp and then being on the other team in mid lane still being toxic).

This is how half of my games go. I guess you're just supposed to be silent when other people are ruining your game experience by trolling and inting and telling you you need to be hanged and hoping your parents die. It's obviously against the rules to be mad and frustrated and asking them to stop trolling and inting. You're just supposed to shut up, bend over, and take it.

I think the lesson here is don't feed the damn trolls. Don't talk to them. Don't acknowledge them. Mute them, play the game to it's end, and then report them. Believe it or not, you are not a god and it doesn't do anyone any good to think you can yell at them until they obey, because they won't. As you've seen several times now, it only results in your own aggressive behavior being reported. So just learn your lesson and stop being aggressive. Three times now it's bitten you in the ass. When will you learn to ignore, mute, report, and move on?

You're complaining that trolls don't want to give you an enjoyable gaming experience? There's no point asking people not to troll. It will NEVER work. Their whole reason for existing is to get a reaction from you - anything you say to them just validates their behaviour. Ignoring them is the only thing that will help, and then you don't need to worry about getting chat restricted. Mute, ignore and report - they'll get punished in time, and potentially get bored of doing things that don't get them the reaction they want.
