Make A Vote To Dodge Pre-Lobby Already

Riot is always saying how they want to stop players from trolling and ruining the games for the other 9 players in the game. Then why don't you improvise and instead of having to rely on your report system 100% of the time, you actually add something to give us the opportunity to dodge these games without having to lose a series win, or LP.

It is so stupid, I have recently gotten back into League and already am seeing kids going Ziggs ADC, Annie ADC, bunch of stupid choices. The picture above is from my last game where I knew we were gonna lose, but I could not dodge because I would lose one of my series. The annie has a recent history of going nothing but negative by a bunch, shes just trolling ADC but Riot does nothing to stop this. You should have a Pre-Lobby report system where we can report people only in Ranked Solo Queue to avoid people from abusing it else where. If the person gets 3 votes, the game is canceled and you are back to finding a new game. This way you save LP, Stress, and Time. Make it to where you get like 2-3 votes a day as well so people dont just spam it every game.
