Not 1 or 2, but definitely reduced.

MMR creates "balanced" 5v5 games. So to be a man down is a huge hit (although sometimes it works out by luck).

Let's say I have a feeling I'll lose anyway and I really dislike the enemy team. I can go afk as a middle finger to them so that when the enemy team does win they'll get reduced LP.

There's no need for any of that. Since everyone is as liable to get AFKs in their team as everyone else, over time the free wins balance out the free losses. Free losses/wins may be frustrating, but they're statistically irrelevant because of this balance. Stuff like that only stimulates people to try to game the system.
