You know, if I just reported a player for intentionally feeding and offensive language or other offences, I can understand that I could be matched with him again. Yet, imho it would be a good idea to at least exclude him from the suggested players list for my party...

This wouldnt warp high elo play and it wouldnt have to happen every time. But for once id love to be able to kick the persons ass that i just reported.

They just stated that they want to keep him out of the suggested invite tab. It is understandable that the reported player could be in your next game.

Personally, I rarely remember players' names. Just the champions they played. So yeah, removing them from the suggested list would be helpful.
You might only play with friends, but a lot of people play solo, especially in ranked, and sometimes look for people from their last game if they played well together.
