Boosted Players

What is Riot's effort on cracking down on boosters/boosted players? It seems in high gold/low platinum there is allot of boosted players in comparison to when I was in Gold 5. I'll see players who have a 90% win rate and 15.0 KDA average over 50 games on a couple champions, then have 1-12 averages on all other champions.

boosting with smurfing premades through dynamic queue is a thing now, and since neither smurfing is bannable, nor playing premade 5s in ranked is, pretty much nothing can be done since there is nobody playing on somebody's account to "boost"
