I said I already autofilled last game.
Then his premade proceeded to ban my pick.
And then they both trolled.

Banning your pick, for any reason, is not punishable on its own.
Picking off meta champions/summoner spells is not punishable on its own.
Either of those things may be utilized if Riot conducts a manual review of the account for consistent griefing.
What is punishable is chat toxicity in the lobby, just send a support ticket to report it.
How does it make a diffrence if you report them in the lobby or after the game if the are consistently toxic?
