If the person is leaving your ranked game for a true emergency, like maybe their wife went into labor or someone cut themselves and needs a doctor, then I'll give them a pass.

If they DC cause their power went out or their connection dropped, again, I'll give them a pass cause that not their fault.

However, if they are the people like, "win or ff @ 20 cause I have to be at work/school in 30," then yeah, those people are just idiots.

Honestly I'm unranked but I'd say this even goes for normals as well. BUT I do agree even more so for ranked considering what's at stake. Why would you even queue if there's even a slight chance you have to leave? If I don't have an hour to spare AT LEAST, I'm not queuing at all.
