Reporting Options besides post-game

I just had a thought today and was wondering what Riot and others think about this idea. I know you can report in post-game screen, but what if you never reach that point for some reason? Say your connection bugs out and you don't reach the post-game lobby to be able to report someone for poor sportsmanship, intentional feeding, afk, toxicity, etc. Or what happens if they deserve a report but someone leaves in champ select? Could we have a method for doing this? Ex: today I had a very bad streak losing 4 or 5 straight due to poor decision-making by my team and me having 1 really bad game. After these losses I'm in champ select and FINALLY get a game in my primary role. Allied support asks if he can top and I go support. I tell him "no". I don't say anything mean, just say "no". He gets salty and acts like everyone is supposed to trade anytime someone asks them to. Then another teammate decides to ban my top just because I wouldn't trade with our support and take support role. He even said that was why he banned my champ. He also threatened to do much worse. This kind of mindless toxicity should not be allowed in pvp much less ranked. You don't force someone into a different role or ban their champ because they won't trade. You don't threaten to take that champ to a different role or to pick someone else's role leaving them with the choice of having a duo top or duo mid if they won't support. You don't threaten to feed on purpose because someone got chosen for the role you wanted. And you don't claim "I have no support champions" when you are chosen as the support in ranked. If you don't have champs for a role, don't select it as an option when choosing your 2 roles for ranked. Doing stuff like that deserves some kind of punishment, but the players can't even get reported if you don't make it to post-game lobby. There should still be a spot for reporting these types of people

You can submit a report ticket to Riot. You can even attach a screenshots if you happen to have a few.

Submit a ticket here: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Reposting this from "Brutalitops01" because it got lost when I had to move the thread:

Brutalitops01: "For your example, the other day the exact same thing happened to me. I decided to queue top lane because I wanted to play Fiora, she's fun and I hadn't played her, or top in general, in a while. I've been playing mostly ADC for a while now. I'm 2nd pick in the draft (this was normal draft), and our first pick was duoed with the ADC, who, at the start of the champ select, declared that he was playing top lane and I just had to deal with it. The first pick proceeded to pick Fiora from me Now, normally I wouldn't mind switching, but A) I really wanted to play top lane (even though I consider it my worst role) and B) this guy didn't ask, he demanded. So, I dodged. I made a post talking about this and saying that it's stupid that people do this, and in the comments, I talked about how maybe Riot could implement a system to allow you to report after dodging, and simply put, state why you dodged. If the reason is declared valid, they waive all dodge penalties, including LP loss for ranked and a wait time before queueing up again. This would significantly decrease toxicity in games where the problems start in the pre-game, because, if a punishment is made on that player, you get off with no punishment for deciding to not want to play with a toxic jerk. However, if you wind up going AFK for any reason, I don't think that you should be able to report people for toxic behavior. Even for something like your internet dying, you're being a problem by going AFK, even more so than the toxic player. If they were to make it so that you could report after going AFK, you would have to still face the penalties for your AFK. You're causing problems during the match, and causing people to have to requeue is a minor annoyance compared to losing a game because of your AFK."
