"Why report him? He's carrying you"

Okay, look. This is not an excuse. I see so many times that someone is being an ass to their team in chat and then someone asks someone on the enemy team to report them after the game and as soon as you say it you get a comment like, "But you're the one that sucks" or "They're carrying your whole team why report them?"

Whether someone should be reported isn't based on whether they are really good at the game, there's a reason we don't have "unskilled player" as one of our report options anymore. I don't care if you decide to report them or not because not knowing what the enemy is actually saying means you don't know for sure but don't make these excuses that by being good at the game someone should be able to treat others like dirt.

The big question is, why are you mentioning that you plan to report a player in chat in the first place?

There is no benefit to doing so, simply threatening to report a play is in-itself a reportable offense, and it causes arguments and negativity throughout your team.

The report system also doesn't care how many players in any particular game report them; one report in a game will be treated the same as nine.

This isn't even what he's talking about. You guys are just going on a tangent.

He's talking about how if you're toxic, you deserve to get reported no matter what your score is and how well you play the game. I agree wholeheartedly with this. I don't care if you're 50/0, if you're a toxic person who spams death threats and calls people slurs, I'm reporting you.
