for example when you get the permanent BAN you can log in but when you do you'll get the report screen and be logged off. however with the permanent suspension you cant login to the game at all. is there a reason why these 2 are different and why are they different? can one be reversed?
I believe that the suspension is placed on an account because the account has been compromised or there was a charge back on a purchase. Submit a support ticket asking about the suspension.
If it was due to an account compromise they will have to confirm that you are the owner of the account, if it is for a charge back then you will have to give them the money you owe them (I think, not sure on the charge back one 100%)
permanent suspension? Never heard of it. must be so toxic they banned the person who would receive it on multiple accounts.
afaik there is Ban, which means account aint for you anymore and there is suspension where the account got defacto banned, but the cause is transaction issues ect. And it can get unsuspended again
