That's a mistake. He's a legendary beast.
If you're running into spineless teammates with him, here's what I'd advise:
- Take him support all the time.
- Use his ult to save lives rather than take them
- Build all speed items so you have an easier times landing Taunts* Once those are set, just run whatever makes you tanky AF
- Use your W to bait things. Skillshots, Cait's stupid trap-to-headshot move, Draven ults (can it block hooks?) The thing is, Shen is a ridiculous support for a few reasons - his dash is a mini flash that can get you over walls, and out of danger in lane. His mini little combos for invulnerability are amazing for in-combat blocking that ostensibly is used for one-on-ones but is ultimately best used to bait the hell out of things.
