Riot, something really needs to be done about trolls.

I just got out of a game (yay Dynamic Queue /s), where a guy goes as support Varus (Dynamic Queue gave him support he was S5 Plat and S4 Gold support mains.) No one says anything, assuming the guy knew what he was doing. I'm all for breaking the meta and doing out of the box things. So of course, I'm like hell yeah, let's see what this is about lol.

He's in bot lane, no one says anything, then he gets bored of not getting a reaction out of anyone in bot lane, goes mid, just sits in mid doing nothing, but stealing xp and cs trying to put our mid lane behind.

The mid lane starts asking him to leave, he doesn't, he just sits there. Bot lane is getting pushed hard well bot lane is effectively a 1v2 the entire game. He stays in mid because he got a reaction out of mid lane. Well, he's not getting the "explosive rage" from mid lane, so he starts following me through the jungle trying to last hit my jungle mobs. I don't fall for his bait because he's being too obvious in what he's doing. Oh, he was so polite and nice though in chat, just to appear as the "good guy."

This guy is trolling just to put people on tilt, when they start raging because of his antics, he'll report them for verbal abuse.

It's just pitiful when someone's sole objective in a game is to intentionally find that one (or maybe even more than one) person in a game who's just had a really bad day, streak or is easy to rage, and then gets some kind of pleasure out of reporting people.

Look, I'm not justifying some people's raging, I know there is a lot of it. But, this is, to me at least, 10 times worse. I get people troll to just piss people off and get a kick out of it, but I never really thought of people just doing it so they can report people who rage at them for trolling.

He posted a replay.gg link. I'm not sure if it's ok to post (I don't wanna call out anyone's name or anything.)

I've seen lot of people get banned, some truly deserve it. It just kind of blew me away how someone's only reason to play this game is to try and get people banned on purpose.

Hopefully some people will read this and just be on guard for something like this if they didn't know it was going on. Maybe I'm just the last to know lol. I don't know. Hopefully it'll help someone.

I do feel terrible for people who fall for this trap. :(

You can report him for that you know. Fits into griefing I believe, and you can also add comments about what specifically he was doing

Troll mean unsportmanlike. If you see someone trolling in the chat, why giving some attention? Just assume that you are playing with trolls and then report them for unsportmanlike without saying a single words in the chat. Thats how, normaly the system work.

Sadly there will always be people like this, and we have to take a stance for this. We can repor them but it's hard to detect especially when they never say anything in chat. But again reporting them and leaving details as to why you are reporting them will help the people who actually look at reports know exactly what to look for!
