Are zero tolerance phrases really bannable with no other chat logs?

Let's say I go into a game and say one sentence. Within that sentence I say a slur or a word on the zero tolerance list. Someone reports me for but I didnt say anything else the entire game.

Would I get an instant 14 day ban for that?

The reason I ask is because sometimes people on my team or even other teams say these words and phrases and I report them at the end of the game yet I still see them playing days later. I know you dont always get the IFS report but if these words were really as zero tolerance as they say doesnt that mean regardless of what else you do or dont say you'll always get a ban?

It's possible they only get a chat restriction out of it which is why they continue to play but I thought zero tolerance phrases meant an automatic 14 day ban no matter what the previous offense was.

Sometimes they 14 day ban you as s first time punishment ever, sometimes they dont. I have old support tickets that show how inconsistent it is.

Some dude who claims to have tested it says that you need to say it 3 times to get instantly punished. He didn't have the best reputation, so take it with a grain of salt.

Does it matter, dude, and is it worth risking it?

One is enough, 3 letters and you are on 14 days vacation, but I and many others are using modified versions which bot can’t detect(switching letters with numbers, u for v, s for z, N for /V etc.), that’s probably reason why they weren’t banned, still bannable by reporting to support tho.
