These two I agree with, the others may not always be optimal, but so long as they're doing their job, I don't care what someone does.
When did this happen? I usually try playing my teemo support until it become sclear that the person I'm supporting has given up because they hate teemo, then I trade in my support items and start farming.
I guess the surprise, is that Riot is actually taking the time and effort it requires to determine whether someone is actually trolling in this manner, since much of it can be hard to see without actually watching the game and reading the chat.
Riot would actually protect this guy from the super meanie kiddos who want to actually win RANKED, and would never suggest that they play off the wall things in normals.

Here is a shocking fact that will blow your mind....wait for it.... there is a thing called....INDIVIDUALITY.
This means that Everyone has thier own way of doing things. Some people see the potential of champions to work outside thier "role"
Even riot has stated when they made 
. That she was made when people took MARKSMEN (Usually reserved as ADC Role) and people were playing her in the JUNGLE. Thats how new characters are made. Someone took a champion other than the "pre-approved" list for whatver role.

And where is this checklist of responsibilities. Yes every Role has certain responsibilities that is common knowledge. But where is the checklist saying "here is your role, you must do this, this, this, and that. And if you fail to fullfill ALL your responsibilities, you will be banned. Where in the ToS does it say that "This is your responsibility, failure to do so will result in immediate banning" I want to see this checklist of responsibilities for each role. and where it says I will be banned for failing to complete ALL of said responsibilities. I am a support, I ward, But sometimes the team is doing so well there is no need for a sightstone, just the trinket is enough. does that mean I am instantly gonna be banned for not buying a sightstone EVERY MATCH?

Again, people are individuals. But as a support, I will tell you. I am a support FOR THE TEAM. And as a support, that DOES NOT mean I am the ADCs personal verbal punching back or someone to take out thier frustrations on. If ADC runs in and dies on 5% health, then turns around and blames support. Or ignores supports Pings when mana is below 10% and flips out "Wtf man, why didnt you do anything, omg useless support, trash" I have NO problems at all about leaving the ADC Alone with thier over inflated ego. I am the TEAM support. So I will leave my adc to thier own and go support...THE REST OF THE TEAM (cuz y'know....more than just adc exists). People go into a match and think its all them, that the other lanes are seperate games. They take on a "Not my problem" attitude. They dont CARE what happens to the other 4 members of thier team because....at least its not happening to THEM. So they go about telling themselves "well, at least its not MY problem what is happening in other lanes" and completely forget this is a team game, what happens to one member of the team has a ripple effect on the rest of the team.

Again I am forced to repeat myself. There is this little thing called INDIVIDUALITY. People have thier own strategy. They have thier own way of playing. You are acting like there is a checklist of which summoners you CAN and CANT take. I get people raging at me telling me "OMG u noob. You need to take Heal/Exhaust. Wtf, why u have cleanse? Ghost?"
Yeah, If I see people on the enemy team with alot of cc potential, I am taking Casper the Cleansing Ghost so I am not bogged down. Support is often told "you have to die to keep adc alive" and then later on in the match, will get told "OMG We lost because this Feeding support!" So yeah, I will take the summoners I need to based on MY OWN strategy, Not based on "well the meta bible dictates this is your role.....So these summoners you CAN take, and These over here you are NEVER allowed. Taking these is trolling.
I refer to people like YOU as "Puppet Masters" because you are more concerned with Who, what, and how the REST OF YOUR TEAM plays, rather than...PLAYING YOUR OWN GAME. So are you gonna fly over to my house and play my game for me just to make sure I conform?

Its funny how you act like you know what a team game is, when from what I see its more of you wanting the rest of the people on your team to: -Play the champions from a selection I will dictate to you based on your role -Go where I tell you to go based on your role -Play HOW I want you to play based on your role -take the summoners I DICTATE to you based on your role. -Failure to obey will result in me reporting you for "trolling" and trying to get you banned.

Define suited for the role. I can ward like max of 4 wards and ur adc still dies anyway. fml i can let adc farm while they just missed 60% of cs or they just dont understand what kite or map awareness is and there goes the blame game. gg
