you do realize that it takes 3 months after getting reported to use the hextech system there is no benefit to "reforming" it will only get worse

It has nothing to do with the crafting system btw. People are unhappy they are retroactively being punished for a mistake they made and moved on from. It's like getting a speeding ticket and 6 months later the government denies you tax return because of it.

But it's not retroactive. It's applied since the original punishment tier system came out. This is just another addition to it.

Except, reward systems for people with good behavior have been around a lot longer than just the new Hextech system. Obviously, people who've committed rule infractions wouldn't get them, just like this current system handles it. This is just another aspect of that reward system. So...

But it's okay, I understand you're salty you can't get your free presents because you decided to be a dick. So the meaning of my words is lost on you. ;)

There has never been a blanket system for disinfranchising anyone who has ever been punished with the tribunal on release. Also reported for forum toxicity.
