what are the restrictions anyway? just curious. Is it perma banned from receiving after a ban and then temporary on chat restrictions

It has nothing to do with the crafting system btw. People are unhappy they are retroactively being punished for a mistake they made and moved on from. It's like getting a speeding ticket and 6 months later the government denies you tax return because of it.

What's worse is not actually being that much of a toxic person but still dealing with toxicity all around you... .__.
