Make the No-Refund policy a sticky note already

Its clearly defined in the ToS that there are no money refunds yet thats the very part skipped most.

I dont get tired of seeing people ask for their money back since it means i got something to laugh at, but the sheer number of people skipping it should be reason to motivate a more active way of informing. With the boards it'd be posts that were pinned.

Probably I mean I'm probably one of the few people that actually read the full tos. I spent money on this game so I can't afford to be toxic.

I imagine this would be the same as the few mega-posts on rules and information that have been tried in the past -- ultimately, the people who would benefit most from that information are not the people who read it, so it ends up not really serving its intended purpose of reducing the number of threads about the topic.

It's important to remember that many of the people posting on Player Behavior are angry or frustrated (sometimes very in-the-moment), often at what they perceive as an unfairness in Riot's systems or methods. That's not really a mindset where we can reasonably expect them to browse the boards and read up on available resources prior to posting, especially as many of them are posters who have never used the boards before, and likely wouldn't have seen said resource previously.

I don't think this is necessary. Just let them keep posting.
