Suggestion: Extra protections for declared champs during banning phase

I saw a thread about someone saying they got verbally abused after accidentally banning someone who a teammate had declared as their champ pick.

Although I believe the player who banned their teammate's pick is at fault, Riot could make this a little more noticeable and help prevent people from accidental bans by putting an ! overlay on the champs people declare so that teammates are extra aware that someone on your team has declared them.

I know it's really not that big of a change, but I think it might help reduce the number of accidental allied champion bans. I also understand that it has the potential to increase flaming because people will then appear to be intentionally trolling their team if they do ban a champ that someone has declared.

Overall I think it would do more good than bad, but what do you all think?
