@Riot Where would I submit a Intentional feeder support ticket?

So I made a post showing a picture of a persons intentional feed history with 7 games in a row of feeding on purpose and that got 45 up vote, I had a chat with ULANOPO who did his best on helping with the situation. He actually talked to the player base rather then ignore the situation where this is a problem plaguing the game like you guys at riot do, ULANOPO recommended me to help improve the Intentional feed detection by submitting a support ticket.

Problem being that there is no section to put this ticket under since all the others are for bugs/account/technical issue, the only section that seem reasonable to submit it under is (In game) but that falls under technical which is practically the bug department and I don't want to bother them since they don't even work on this intentional feed system. Last time I submit a ticket for a person who threat to so called "I will slit your throat your family throat and your dog throat" in the (In game) section it seem like this person who has the mentality to say that he will come to my house and kill my family and me didn't get punish even with 4 pictures of proof of after game picture.

So where do you think I should submit this ticket under? ULANOPO did his up most best to provide reasoning and he actually got hate from it which I feel bad since it isn't his fault and he has to be a shield rather then a real Rioter who works on the report/Intentional feed system come talk about the situation.

There use to be a report submit ticket for (Player and behavior) but you guys took that out like 2-3 yeas ago? So where do you think this ticket should fall under? Because if a person can go on feeding 7 games in a row in under 1 day then dear hell Riot your team who works on the report system need to get their main focus right because player behavior is already a system but Intentional feeding/AFK is the main reason why people are raging and chances are a person raging at a Intentional feeder like this guy would have a bigger chance of being suspended or chat restricted then the feeder who fed 7 games in a row.

I 100% know that the intentional feeder detection has to get everything right and make sure the system doesn't screw up but is this a joke?

practically under 10 CS in over 5 games over 8 death in all of them with practically 0 assist and 0 percent participation in kills. If the system cannot detect this them my living hell this system is really dumb.
