I know climbing the honor ladder is supposed to be an all-season affair. But at the rate I'm climbing it'll take SIX MONTHS before getting back to Level 2 from something as mild as a 10 game chat restriction.
It's ridiculous.
High possibility you are getting validly reported through out these 6 months. Not enough to get you punished, but enough to put your honor progression to a screeching halt.
There are 5 levels of honour, yeah yeah, getting level 2 for reward is too hard.
Riot is literally allowing people to pass with a grade of D-

What's more ridiculous is making team mates miserable by flaming and being an absolute dick in chat. Your behavior impacts not just the person you're targeting, but it also irritates and tilts the rest of your team too.
So yeah, sympathy for people who have been reported to the point of being chat restricted is non-existent to me. If you don't want to have to climb the honor ladder again, don't get reported. It's a fairly simple concept, and you avoid this entire situation altogether. Your actions have consequences, and if you don't like the consequences, don't do those actions that landed you in hot water.
