So does like 90% of the league populace have honor level 3 now?

I'm at lvl 0 so no

I don't play nearly enough I think im still at the default honor level

As the FAQ says, you don't need to get honored to rank up, it just helps. As such basically anyone who plays regularly and does not get punished will rank up at or around the same time. I think 90% may be a stretch but probably the majority or players.

i still have honor level 2,(i probably get reported by my teammates because i dont want to support,still no ban tho)

90%+ have lv 3, 8% lv 2 and probably 2% lv 4
