Can Riot implement all-chat chat bans?

Playing my last game, died a couple times, then decided to just farm under turret and chill. In comes Darius "get rekt %%%" "u suck" "kys" "fk u" "lol fkin noob"

In my opinion, if the system can detect harassment and issue warnings about it, can't it just automatically implement an all-chat ban if you do this during a game? There's no need to it. I play fairly regularly and I rarely ever rage, and I hate when people DO rage, but there's nothing that bothers me more than someone who insists on rubbing it in that you're playing poorly. I know I play shitty, I'm well aware of that. But that shouldn't give anyone the right to put me, or anyone else, down.

An all chat ban would prevent that completely, as you'd still be fine to communicate with your team, but you wouldn't be able to harass the enemy team. There's literally no benefit to being able to communicate with the enemy team, so I think this would be a completely viable and reasonable thing to implement.

TL;DR implement instant all-chat bans for anyone who has their chat behaviors detected by the system as harassment or verbal abuse.
