Is there a way to just ALWAYS have chat silenced?
I can't stand these players anymore, and I'd rather not have to remember to mute EVERYONE every match.

If you press ENTER in-game to open chat, you can then click and drag the window it appears in off of your screen. Then hit ESC or ENTER again to close chat. It won't appear on your screen anymore, and this should carry into future games as a part of your UI setup.
