I didnt say anything those games (obviously), but the time Ist time I looked to see how many games I had it showed 8 remaining, yet after about 4 games of not saying anything in game again, Its at 7...? Confusion.
They did last year, but they changed the system in August so that punishments are tiered:

I haven't heard of that one, might be a bug. Best bet would be to talk to support.
