Can the name report reason be used for inappropriate club tags?

I saw a duo in one of my games that had a club tag that was basically a variant on a certain four letter word. Can I report this under "inappropriate summoner name" since it is shown with summoner's names? Should I report just one of them or both?

Yeah, I don't know what four letter word you are talking about, but you can report it.
