Literally you can ask a question and get downvoted and called noob for no reason. (FYI the question i asked is if reworked Talon can PARKOUR over Taliyah/Anivia walls) Is this really what the League Community has become?
To answer your question in your post, yes this is what the community has become. If the boards was a room and all the participants were physically present it would be a collection of the worst people in the world, all silent, holding the walls up.
In real life these people would get the shit slapped out of them, just keyboard warriors stroking their imaginary internet ego by shitting on decent people.

I've asked the same question as you have before. How can someone disagree with a question? Isn't that what the upvote/downvote function is used for? How can someone disagree before even proposing some kind of answer or suggestion? In short, these boards have become downvoting circlejerks that try to control what Riot can and cannot see like a communist country. As if trying to hide something from moderators would ever work, but I guess that's how delusional some people are.
That's probably why you got downvoted. If the answer is in the PBE notes all you need to do is read it.why make a redundant post about a question that can be easily solved by looking at the PBE post?
I mean I don't think its right, but at the same time you are able to find the answer. I mean it would be like asking a question about something in the patch notes. It's something everyone who plays this game should be doing so the answer is obvious!
Its a public community boards, people are free to lurk and roam and vote how they like. it human nature and theres nothing you can do. even the best posts can be down voted for different opinions. deal with it, it's "beta".

Next game, player Locks regardless of role, starts telling others where to go screws the game up /mute all wait till game end and argue with the toxic player who told me to go suck d, the nasty word );.
I told em to go file a ticket with Riot and ask them about players doing this in rank draft and see what they say );.
