Your assumption is wrong and i HAVE read the PBE patch notes. The goddamn reason I'm ASKING ON THE BOARDS is because I DONT SEE MY ANSWER ON THE NOTES. Can new Talon jump over Champion-made walls or not??? Thats something i need a player to confirm, AND THE EXACT REASON IM ASKING. I KNOW you can jump over any terrain including towers and the Nexus but does it work on Anivia wall/Taliyah wall??? I am disappointed at how low your ability of understanding my point is.
Desolas Arterius1 votesWhich board did you post it on? Mostly something like that would belong in Gameplay, but since this is PBE content that question is more suited for the PBE board. If anything, there may be the answer to that question already, you just probably need to look at the main discussion thread for Talon's update, or other Talon threads.
Even then, this question seems more like it would be suited as a comment on a Talon gameplay thread than it's own thread. Especially if the question was a sentence long. Kind of a waste for something that could be answered as a comment in the PBE boards, not the main boards.
Also, your attitude is already quite off-putting, and is probably the reason you got downvoted. Most people don't like threads where someone is being condescending towards them, or is rude when responding. Much like you did to Sarutobi.

I've asked the same question as you have before. How can someone disagree with a question? Isn't that what the upvote/downvote function is used for? How can someone disagree before even proposing some kind of answer or suggestion? In short, these boards have become downvoting circlejerks that try to control what Riot can and cannot see like a communist country. As if trying to hide something from moderators would ever work, but I guess that's how delusional some people are.
