One of my post has been removed. I don't understand why, and the notification I received is obviously a standard pre-made answer, so I'd like more explanations about why it was removed. Who should I contact?

TrulyBland2 votes"Warning has been given" means just that. They're warning you about your behaviour via this notification, and that you might/will get an actual punishment next time.
In all honesty it seems like the only purpose of this post would be to belittle another person you were arguing with. If it had provided anything else to the discussion, it probably wouldn't have been deleted. That said, out of context it seems rather mild.

And when someone post dozens of comments in every single thread about Sona, with intentionally misleading presentation of fact, constant complaining and heavy critics against Riot, it does seem appropriate to me to call out this kind of behavior. And yet, I'm the one punished, and he gets to keep polluting the forums and I cannot do anything about it? This guy said about some Riot employees far worse than I ever said about him.
I'm really annoyed, and yes, "tired of this silliness", if I can't use a single swearword...

Because if every little rant about Riot would be removed everyone would call censorship. I dont know that case specificly, but i will try to contact an NA mod to look into it and maybe come back to you with more information.

This is the correct section to discuss Boards moderation as it shown in the section title "Player Behavior & Moderation." Everyone is free to create posts here about moderation actions to get clarification on why something was removed. If you believe something was removed in error you can also post about it here. If your account is suspended and you believe it was an error, you'll want to submit a ticket to Player Support in regards to it.
Your most recent post was removed as it was harassment towards another player; it doesn't take multiple posts for something to be harassment. If you don't like what someone is saying, feel free to downvote their post, provide constructive criticism, and/or ignore it.
The warning reference is to let you know that that is what the message was. It means you aren't in any serious trouble for what happened, just that you've been warned that this type of posting behavior isn't acceptable on the Boards. It's only if it continues that your posting privileges may be suspended.

But as I said in another comment, I feel like, between the two of us, I'm the most positive member of the community and being punished while he can keep at his usual behavior is not pleasant, at all. I mean, I obviously didn't mention who was the other person involved, or the thread (I'm not that stupid...), but as a moderator you must have access to the details.
I don't really expect any further answer, but I wanted to "officially" state my point of view in this story.
