When a support mundo is not even building as support even when he said he is going as one. No wards and not supporting his adc. Plus feeding to bot lane and mid lane. His excuse? "Chill...this is not ranked" Really dude?? This that his best original excuse not to get reported? Good players with good intention to win games gets banned while toxic and troll players these doing their best to ruin the games still running free.....

He wasn't intentionally feeding, with only six deaths (pretty average for your team). He was building tanky. He took a support keystone.
Seems like a generally bad/uninformed/new player, not a troll.
He is allowed to build what he wants. He doesnt have to give u any excuse, but he said "its not ranked" to stop u from raging.
Nothing tilts me harder than someone playing in a way that is intentionally bad because they think losing with AD top Bard is "fun," and then telling everyone to relax because it's just a normal.
I queued into the game because I have some objective I am hoping to accomplish. Maybe I want my first win bonus, or maybe I am trying to get a mastery token. I did not queue into the game to wander around the map pointlessly, with no hope of earning my token, and no hope of getting my win bonus, and no way of getting the stupid team to just end the game with a forfeit because they're heroes who never surrender. Since I am punished for leaving, I am basically this player's hostage for half an hour.
I don't expect everyone to play their main, or even their main role in every normal game. But I expect people to try. If you want to have "fun" breaking the meta by trying to jungle with Veigar, have it in a custom game with your friends.

I go anivia support and I say fuck vision until I'm done with my tear and RoA. If I fall behind (which has only happened once, cuz anivia is a beast of a support) I can't get that sightstone until really late. I'm not doing it because I don't wanna win, it actually works quite well. I've also been thinking about trying mundo support, but an underfed mundo sounds useless so I don't bother cuz I don't wanna hear people like you raging about a video game. You know when a meta bot lane falls behind, they're pretty useless too right? It's not all about the troll pick. Sometimes you just get outplayed regardless of what you pick. What do you rage about when your cait/sona or any other meta picks fall behind? Do you rage at them still, or no because they followed the meta?
I do at least start with spellthiefs. If the mundo started with dorans, he's probably just stupid or forgot because support items don't show up in recommended if it's not meta. And yes non ranked normal games are the only place where completely off meta picks should be acceptable.
