Some days man. I play a game as kennen and do poorly, get harassed by my team all game. Then I go into a new lobby and hover graves. My team bans him and says "fuck you and fuck that champion" when I ask why they banned him. They were a group of 4 and presumably ban the 5th guys champion every game just to bully people.

I wish you could do the following:

  1. Mute players in the lobby, not just the game
  2. Report players after a dodged lobby for abusive text/actions in the lobby
  3. Add a post game report option for text/actions in the lobby, which is clearly a blind spot in the moderation system
  4. Put a small timer on pings, so that every time I die on a team I muted I dont deal with ? ? ? ? ???? ?? ? ? ? ? ? ? all around my body. I should only see a max of 1 ping per 5 seconds from a muted player or something

makes me want to uninstall and play a single player game honestly

People are complete assholes in League, but not in real life, for a couple of reasons.

  • The anonymity of the internet. Being a dick in real life tends to come with several social consequences. Because of this, many people learn to not be a dick, even if they would like to. Life is that much harder when the people around you don't like you. But the internet doesn't have this social consequence. When you piss someone off here the likelihood that they can make your life miserable in any way is slim to none.
  • Game mechanics This is a heavily team based game. More importantly, this is a game where a weak player can determine the victor just as much as a strong player. This makes it rational for many to blame someone on their own team for the loss, because it's not uncommon of an situation. The length of the game also forces players to continue what they may feel as a hopeless situation to it's conclusion.

If you know you play poorly then pick squishy stuff anyway you should be flamed.

I've been playing since 2010 I can't even play Kennen, play something else. Kennen is a toxic champion that everyone has bad memories of, and if you don't carry on it you're going to be the one they take it out on.

Don't play toxic champions if you have a thin skin, don't play squishy champs if you're a feeder.

People will be on here and be like, you have a right to go any lane any char you want and everyone needs to accept you. Don't listen to them, they're wrong.

If this happens in ranked then I understand because people are playing hardcore to win usually.

in normals, its morally reprehensible.

ping spammers are frustrating.. wish they fixed that. also heres some advice.

hover a different champion besides what you will want to play.helps you know what kinda people you are about to play with. especially less contested champions.

Its a team oriented game that judges you solely off of win/loss. So you are punished for your teammates playing poorly, which is something you cannot control. That is the root of toxicity in League.

I agree its annoying having to deal with kids acting like r****** don't even take the games seriously and creating trolling / griefing not just on League but other MOBA feels the same way I know the word is not nice to say to people but truly playing games today i have had junglers constantly running into my lane and feeding / throwing lane phase in two games, and another game where Top laner comes bottom and trolls hardcore just staying in lane all game. The guy pings like 15 times it seemed like till I had to mute all and turn off sound.

But its not just League, I say the same about the Real World, Everything that goes on both Military, and Political Wise, feels like a big joke to me, the Idea of the Justice System, in my eyes there is no such thing as justice or courts in the Real World, because a person who commits the same crime sometimes gets a different sentence like Life in Prision vs Execution, my way of seeing things is "Everything" Should be the same for the most part " Same Laws" "Same Rules" problem solved, but unfortunately it wont be like that until the New World Order Conspiracy comes true.... Its the same way I feel about League in so many ways or other MOBA no such thing as justice or teaching anyone without drawing it out on paper for them.

IMO imagine a game, or real world where All Laws are the Same and a type of system like in Stargate the TV series where the house is held accountable for another family member breaking the law aka the goa'uld punishing other of the same family, it would be so much better, Life without crime and ignorance, but again that just me. I feel the whole world has evolved from the Dark Ages into the wrong path.
