You do realize Singed's kit is most-suited to apply pressure to the sidewaves right?
With the recent changes to 
his teamfight sucks pretty bad.
Why aren't you posting on your actual account? I wanna see the full stats of the game.
Maybe he was trolling, or maybe he simply wasn't utilized by your team. I can't tell from the one screenshot.
You do realize it isn't about how many kill participation he has. He probably had very high cs to make up for his lack of kills. I can see that as he has the most total damage dealt.
