Chat restriction

You give me a text box telling me that "people" find my language unacceptable, then give me some bullshit about me being among the 5% most negative players... then link me the chat logs from the games where I was "worse than 95% of the community" and my only way out of the box was to click "I understand"...

there are several problems.

1. I do not understand.

2. there is no way im worse than 95% of the community.

3. Chat restrictions are going to make me have a negative attitude, especially when I feel they are unfounded and the presentation of it is with statistics I find hard to believe

edit: I didn't save the logs, I just clicked I understand since it was the only option. and you guys keep asking for them. if you tell me how to get them I'll post them.
