Why do bad players call other people bad?

So I've been noticing a trend for a long time now in the normals I play, if we're losing let's say 20-8 or just losing in general there's always one guy who calls the whole team bad yet this guy is always ironically some bronze player with a negative win rate or some hard stuck low silver with the mmr of a bronze and also a negative win rate. I've never seem a gold 3+ or a decent player calling anyone bad. it's ALWAYS a guy with terrible win rates and KDAs on his mains and 40%- average win rates.

I don't get it. Is this part of the whole "my team sucks and I'm the greatest" thing or something?

I have 52%, 54% and 71% win rate and I call everyone below gold bad

Because it takes one to know one? But seriously people have pride, and if you are bad, then your only choice is to either accept it or say at least you are not as bad as them.

Because anyone under gold myself included plays selfish as fuqk and most don't listen.. that is y they are all bad.. I'm good

Because one of the reasons they are bad, is because they only focus on the mistakes of others. Can't improve what you can't see.

I mean if he is bad that doesn't mean the rest of the team can't be bad :^)

Especially when I went 1-7 to 5-7 and my ashe and kayn blamed for being bad.

I had the worse scenario. It was a Diamond V guy who called our adc garbage because he didn't build last whisper(they had only 1 total armor item ON THEIR ENTIRE TEAM AND ONLY 1 GUY WITH 1 ARMOR ITEM WAS THRESH,NOT EVEN TABIS).Idk,i reported him for being boosted.Because even if i, low gold scrub do know about how BONUS PEN works,no way actuall dia player can't know about that
