I was given no reason, but woke up to find not too long after a name change my account was permanently suspended. Was it the name being offensive? I filed a ticket but in the meantime would like to talk about what my issues are. My new name was "mute all idiots"

When it says without details, does that mean zero context? Mine simply says I am in " severe violation of conduct" without a reason. If that's another issue entirely I would like to know.
Zielmann1 votesHmm. What's the ban year? Those are sometimes codified and could give a hint to the problem. I assume no chat logs or anything included? If not, it probably wasn't for chat behavior...

It also says you could login to view your reform card if you were permanently suspended but that isn't available to me.
Zielmann1 votesHmm. I'm not certain on the 2700 year code. Must be something newer they're using (the code list is a bit old so things have probably changed). At this point you'll probably have to wait and see what the response is. Good luck, sorry we can't be of much help here.
