Permanently suspended after purchase or what?

I was given no reason, but woke up to find not too long after a name change my account was permanently suspended. Was it the name being offensive? I filed a ticket but in the meantime would like to talk about what my issues are. My new name was "mute all idiots"

If you didn't get an email with details regarding the ban, you'll have to be patient and wait for support to respond to your ticket. Without knowing the actual cause, we can't really help you.
