I was indirectly banned and it made me flame.
I was never a flamer, I've never told someone to kill himself, I've never wish death or sickness I was never banned for anything and yet I'm restricted from gaining honor level and getting free stuff that comes with it. It started when I noticed that my honor level doesn't raise at all. I was level 5 last season and I'm still as I write it level 2, step 3, just like at the beginning of this season. My friends, even flamer ones are honor lvl3 or 4, so I wrote to Riot supp asking what is going on and if there is something wrong with my account. I got copy-pasted formula what has to be done to gain honor level and 2 chatlogs that are bad enough to prevent my honor level from raising but not as bad as to ban me.

I won't tell you what was going on in these games as reasoning is not important to Boards usually. You just have to know that these games were played in February. I was surprised why games from few months ago have such big impact on my account, so I asked about it and asked for more recent chatlogs.
And I didn't get any! Riot supp told me that neutral behavior will never help me raising my honor level, that I have to be possitive for that. So what? In one massage you tell me to mute all and now to that I have to communitace after all?
So here I am. I started flaming players now, because if I'm punished anyway then what's the difference? I hear everyday that I should die, stop playing League etc. I don't flame that hard, but I started to behave the worst in my whole League career. I simply stopped carying. I've tried to be nice and I got punished so what stops me now? And it impacted my games too as I lose much, much more now. If I die, than what? Someone will flame me? Thay do it anyway. Well, maybe they will be banned and maybe not. Who cares? If I die in lane I might as well troll, right? If my behavior is considered bad right now I may as well show it, right?
