That's what I did to begin with.

Doesn't matter, I just hit Ctrl + a couple times. And of course, reporting them for verbal harassment will get them (because that is apparently the one thing the ban system DOES detect)

Don't be afraid to send in a support ticket as well. Even though they'll give you a non committal answer, Riot does take action on these things

Because that is against forum rules. Idk if you were being serious or not so I said it anyway. Posting the names of players is a punishable offense

While it is true, Offence is taken and not given, it's also true that this kind of behavior is unacceptable, even more-so when the rules of the game agree.
