Do Extended Queue Time Penalties Count as 'Warnings'

I have had an extended queue time penalty probably 5-6 times just because my internet is pretty bad and disconnects occasionally. I haven't left a game in a while, but I just wanted to know if these counts as some of the warnings Riot gives people before they (perma)ban them? Or does that only apply to short (daily, weekly, etc.) bans? I have just spent quite a bit of money on the game and wanted to make sure that I take measures so that I don't get ANY sort of ban, let alone a permanent one.

Thanks, PhantomAxolotl

Leaverbuster is a little bit different than toxicity bans. If you're dcing and such and that's just life for you there shouldn't be a big issue.

If you're getting an extended queue like 5 minutes or 15 minutes they're nothing. If you have a "low priority queue" and continue to afk and such you can have more problems.

I recommend you try to fix your connection and RIOT can help with that. There's a number of articles and people on the forum who can help with connection issues.

Lyte stated before that if you frequently leave for malicious reasons such as griefing, then it can lead to a 14-day ban.

Then again, technical issues typically don't lead up to 14-day bans. worse you get is a 20 min extended queue time.
