Also, can you delete their accounts as well? I'd like that a bit more tbqh. Match history, friends list and all. Why not let them rebuy their things on a brand spankin' new account?

What I want is, if filth int or grief, are reported and then are punished at some later date, that a part of their punishment is to give not only me but my WHOLE TEAM back our Elo that they tried to give to the other team, of course at the cost of their own Elo.
So no, they wouldn't give me my Elo back immediately - they would give my whole team Elo on some later date after being punished.
And how about for every game they inted or griefed for that matter, not just mine? I'd like to know that a player that intend/griefed over many games is now a full COLOR lower on the ladder than he used to be, and that all their teammates in solo queue that had to waste their time with that literal waste got their Elo back for their absolutely miserable troubles.
