Can riot create some type of system that lets you not get leaver busted under conditions?

I'm not talking about someone goes an off meta pick and I get pissy and decide to leave. I mean more like someone gets jungle, they say "support or troll," support gives up his role and locks in chogath jg, toxic guy says I'm trolling, going top and picks . I'm talking about lobbies where it is clear and obvious that this guy is trying to ruin the game. Just tired of getting leaver buster and losing LP bc it really isn't worth the time and effort to get trolled for 20 minutes.

They made a movie about people Predicting crimes from happening Thats where the problem lies the person who claims to be trolling hasn't committed a punishable offence yet, as the game hasn't commenced It's early punishment based on people directly affected by an event that hasn't or may never occur.

Hell if took 4 people to accept a remake prior to lobby going, you'd see no game ever get off the ground, unless everyone had huge stats on the heros they picked. As everyone would be doing a mass look up everygame, and if it didnt line up. Lets just pull the ole blame troll remake card, and screw 1 person over for the sake of the 4 others.

Its a philosophical question , do you harm a few for benefit of many, or do you harm many for the benefit of a few https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trolley_problem if you're a person on many path, you'd want to damn 1 person if you're the 1 person you'd want to damn the many if you're the trolley, you'd not care If you're the guy pulling the switch you'd be the decider.

There is grace, one dodge is 5 mins 2 is 30 one is for accidents 2 is for intentions 10 lp is grace for dodges https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201751844-Queue-Dodging you lose 1/2 lp for dodging a game basically, that is grace enough.

You mention preventing these people from getting into ranked.. How do we find these people, how do we isolate their strain from the rest of the community. What are the signal indicators that will tell us if you or I is that person?

In regards to your last question, they use to have a system like that. It was highly ineffective at controlling toxicity/trolling in ranked(to my knowledge)

I say if 3 people vote yes you can re q since you can only have duos in solo/duo. But idk.
